Order-Related FAQs

Simply browse our products, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an email or SMS confirmation once the order is placed.

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹70 applies.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order anytime via the "My Orders" section on your account.

Before dispatch: Yes, you can cancel your order by visiting the "My Orders" section or contacting customer support.

After dispatch: Cancellation isn't possible online. However, you can refuse delivery—even then, once the item is returned to us, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

You may enter your promo code during checkout in the "Apply Coupon" field. The discount will reflect right before you make the payment. Only one voucher or code can be applied per order.

We accept:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — not available

If the payment fails—even after the amount is debited—don't worry. The amount will be refunded automatically to your payment method within 5–7 business days, following successful verification.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please raise your concern within 7 days of delivery by emailing us to support@indicrest.shop. We'll arrange for the item to be picked up from your location. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will either replace or refund your order.

Yes, partial returns are allowed. Just make sure that the returned item(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and inclusive of any freebies or components that came with them.

Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item—crediting back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI following our usual processing time.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or report any concerns.
