Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order value, and the total weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above $120.

Report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Verified lost shipments qualify for replacement or refund.

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
