Cancellation & Return Policy

At Indicrest™, operated by Cosmetics & Co., your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.indicrest.shop to ensure a clear and fair process for all our customers.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To do so, please email us at support@indicrest.shop with your Order ID or use our Live Chat for immediate assistance during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 6 PM IST). Approved pre-shipment cancellations will be refunded in full within 24-48 business hours.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. However, you may initiate a return once the item has been delivered, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • All original seals, tags, and labels must be intact and untampered with.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or have a broken safety seal.
  • Personal care appliances.
  • Customized, final sale, or promotional gift items.

Exception: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, it is eligible for a return and full refund or replacement regardless of the above restrictions. Please see the section below.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the issue to support@indicrest.shop. We will arrange for a free return pickup and offer your choice of a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
