Thank you for shopping at Indicrest. We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent, reliable shopping experience. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.
Customers are advised to review shipping eligibility before placing orders.
Important: We follow transparent return, refund, and cancellation practices in alignment with Google Merchant Center policies and international e-commerce consumer protection standards.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility. To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible using the contact details below.
- Cancellation Window: Before dispatch confirmation email is issued
- Refund Timeframe: Within 7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method only
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with Section 3 below.
If cancellation occurs due to suspected fraud, payment verification failure, regulatory restrictions, or incomplete address details, we reserve the right to decline or reverse the transaction.
3. Return Authorization
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery if the product received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired.

How Returns are Processed?
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our support team, we will provide return pickup retails and arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired product, Indicrest will cover the return shipping cost.
If a product is returned without a valid reason, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the order is quality check passed the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection via email.

- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
- Shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare or personal-care products
- Gift cards, digital products, trial kits, or sample-size products
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
6. Damaged, Refused, or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to initiate an investigation. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation process.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs duties, import taxes, or local regulatory charges, return shipping and associated costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, we strongly encourage customers to contact our support team for resolution. Filing fraudulent chargebacks after confirmed delivery may result in permanent restriction from future purchases and legal recovery measures where applicable.
