No. COD is not available.
Yes, absolutely. All online payments are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways. We follow strict data protection and security standards to ensure your transactions are safe.
Double-check your card details, UPI ID, or wallet balance and try again.
If your payment was deducted but your order wasn't placed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Currently, we allow only one payment method per order. However, you can combine a gift card or coupon code with another payment method.
At checkout, enter your code in the "Apply Coupon" field. The discount will appear in your order summary before payment is completed (if applicable).
Currently, we do not offer EMI or BNPL options. We may introduce these in the future for added flexibility.
If you don't receive a payment confirmation but the amount is debited, don't worry. Please contact our customer support with your transaction ID, and we'll resolve it at the earliest.
Prepaid Orders: The amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
