1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options for your convenience:

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on all orders?
No, COD is not available.
3. Is it safe to use my card on Indicrest.shop?
Absolutely. All transactions on Indicrest.shop are secured with SSL encryption and processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your data is fully encrypted and secure.
4. My payment failed, but the money was deducted. What should I do?
In case of a failed payment with deduction, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If not, please contact our support with your transaction ID.
7. Can I change my payment method after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need help, please contact our support team.
8. Are there any hidden charges or taxes on the products?
No hidden charges. All prices shown are inclusive of taxes (GST). Shipping fees or COD charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout.
10. Where can I get a receipt or invoice for my payment?
You’ll receive a digital invoice on your registered email after your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account dashboard under "My Orders."
Refund Policy – FAQs
1. How long do I have to request a refund?
You may request a return for most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. What items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Returns submitted without contacting support first will not be accepted

5. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
6. What if the item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us immediately with photos. We will assist with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Can I return or exchange sale or final‑sale items?
Only non-sale items in eligible condition may be returned. “Final Sale” or deeply discounted items may not be eligible unless defective (please refer to the product listing or contact support).
8. How long until the refund shows up on my account?
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of item receipt. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your statement.
9. Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
We currently process returns only. To exchange, you need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Yes! Orders over $120 (or equivalent currency) qualify for free shipping. For orders below that value, standard and expedited shipping rates apply.
2. What are the shipping charges for smaller orders?
For orders under $120:
- Standard Shipping: $11.99 (estimated delivery in 10–15 days)
- Expedited Shipping: $19.99 (estimated delivery in 5–10 days)
Charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
3. How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery time varies by shipping option:
- Standard: ~10–15 business days
- Expedited: ~5–10 business days
These are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or other unforeseen factors.
4. Does Customs Duty apply?
Yes. Any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the customer and are typically payable at the time of delivery.
