We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived.
• If you want to return or replace the item, you need to inform us about the same to our support team at support@indicrest.com. We will create a return request and a delivery partner will be assigned to pickup the item from your order.
• Once we receive the item at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed in the next 24-48 hours
