Welcome to Indicrest™, operated by Cosmetics & Co. (trading as indicrest.shop) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.indicrest.shop (the "Site") and the purchase of beauty, skincare, and personal care products offered through our online store.

By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Product Availability

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• All online payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways (for example, Razorpay, PayU or other authorised providers). Indicrest does not collect or store full payment card details on our servers.
• By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not final acceptance.
• Orders may be cancelled or refused due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or other reasonable grounds.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods pass to you once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Indicrest delivers products within India, but we do not offer international shipping.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available on the Site. Please review that policy before making any purchase. Certain products (for hygiene or safety reasons) may be non-returnable as stated in the Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible returns must generally be requested within 7 days of delivery, except in cases where products are defective, damaged, or incorrect as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Indicrest sells products under our own brand as well as products sourced from third-party brands, authorised distributors or sellers within India.

When you purchase a third-party product, Indicrest’s role is primarily to facilitate the transaction. We may share limited order information (such as your name, phone number and delivery address) with the relevant brand, authorised distributor or seller solely to fulfil your order, handle warranty claims, or manage returns. Indicrest is not responsible for representations, warranties, or customer service obligations made by third-party sellers; please review the seller's policies where provided. Indicrest facilitates returns/refunds for third-party products under this policy but warranty claims must be directed to the brand/distributor.

Disclaimer: For specific product warranty claims or after-sales service inquiries related to third-party brands, we will act as a facilitator to connect you with the brand or its authorized distributor in India.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the Site to resell products, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in activities that violate applicable law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product that is the subject of the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indicrest™, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or misuse of the Site.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
