We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened skincare, personal care, or used products cannot be returned. Please check the product page for return eligibility before placing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@indicrest.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will arrange for pickup and update you on the status.

Yes. If the item is eligible for exchange (size/variant issues or defective product), you can request an exchange while raising a return. Replacement will be shipped once the original product is picked up.

No, return pickups are free of charge if the product is eligible for return.

Yes, partial returns are allowed. You can return selected items from an order, as long as they meet return eligibility criteria.

Once the item is picked up and inspected, the refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 working days.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or refund.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is verified.

Yes, you can refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the product returns to us, we’ll initiate a refund for prepaid orders.
