We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all components included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care items, customized products, final-sale items, and gift cards are generally not eligible unless defective.

 

To initiate a return, email support@indicrest.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Return approval is subject to eligibility verification.

 

The exchanges are not directly available

 

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we bear the cost of return fee.
  • If returning for personal preference, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
 

Yes, partial returns are allowed if individual items meet return eligibility conditions.

 

Returns are processed within 2 business days once the order passes quality check.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

 

If you refuse delivery, the order will be returned to us. Refund eligibility may exclude shipping costs, customs duties, or other charges where applicable.
