Indicrest Cancellation & Return Policy

Clear and fair guidelines for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.

INDICREST™ CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: September 21, 2025

At Indicrest™ (Cosmetics & Co.), your satisfaction matters to us. This Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases on www.indicrest.shop.


1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel via:

  • My Orders: Account > Orders > Order Details > Cancel Item.
  • Email: Write to support@indicrest.shop with your Order ID.

Refunds are initiated within 24–48 business hours for cancellations before shipment.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.

3. RETURN & REFUND WINDOW

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

4. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Seals, labels, and tags must be intact.
  • Return must include the invoice or order confirmation.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened, used, or tampered skincare/cosmetic products.
  • Personal care appliances (hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, and final sale products.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a pickup and replacement/refund at no cost.

7. RETURN PROCESS

Email support@indicrest.shop with your order details and product photos. Once approved, a courier pickup will be scheduled or drop-off instructions provided.

8. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking) within 5–7 business days from the date the returned product passes product inspection. Bank timelines may vary.

9. EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

Exchanges are arranged after returned items pass inspection. If replacement stock is unavailable, we will refund you or suggest alternatives.

10. PARTIAL RETURNS

Partial returns are allowed. Refunds are based on returned item value, adjusted for discounts or vouchers used.

11. FREE GIFTS & COMBOS

Free gifts or bundled items must be returned with the main product. Partial returns of combos are not allowed.

12. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If delivery is refused, the product will be returned to us. Refunds will be issued after inspection (shipping charges may apply).

13. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, Indicrest covers return shipping costs. For other cases, the customer bears return shipping costs.
