Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping at Indicrest.shop. We are committed to providing you with quality products and a transparent shopping experience. This policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.

We adhere to industry-standard return and refund practices in line with Google Merchant Center’s transparency and reliability policies.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact our customer support team as soon as possible using the details below. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

  • Cancellation Window: Before dispatch confirmation email is sent
  • Refund Timeframe: Within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

3. Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged products. All returns must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

  • Contact support@indicrest.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize your case for replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used for purchase.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policy criteria.

Refunds for cancellations before shipping are processed immediately after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or personal-care items
  • Gift cards, trial kits, or sample-size products
  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will contact the courier partner and assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
